Homeschool Day: Mother’s Day Tea Add-on
Celebrate the special mothers and caregivers in your life with a tea designed for homeschool families of all ages. Join us as we explore how the cherished Mother’s Day holiday began in the late 1800s and how it has been celebrated through the years.
After a short presentation, participants will create a beautiful keepsake by painting their own decorative fan, a thoughtful handmade gift perfect for honoring Mom. Families will then gather to enjoy tea, conversation and a light snack in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
This intergenerational program encourages creativity, learning, and meaningful time together, celebrating the important women in our lives through history, art, and fellowship.
